A Wonderful Day

My mommy and brother came home last night and today she took Louie and I to K9 Kulture. We had so much fun there. We met up with Maple who is boarding there. My mommy bought us Lamb Meat Balls and they were delicious. For once, Louie showed some interest in food.

I can't wait to go there again. My mommy promised to bring me there once more before she goes back to Shanghai. I'm so happy.

'Easter' Hair Cut Day

Happy Easter, everyone!

We all went to the groomer today and that includes my aunt. Oh well.. what can I say but nobody can groom me like Aunty Agatha. YOU'RE THE BEST, Aunty Agatha.!! I'll be back once transportation is available.

My aunt didn't pass out at the sight of me when she came to pick me, so I take it that it can't be that bad. Her only comment is that the money she spent today is going to last a LONG time.

I can't say the same for my aunt, though. Her groomer didn't do a good job. She looked like a doberman gave her a haircut.

I need a hair cut

My aunt says that tomorrow, we'll all go have an 'easter' haircut. Not sure what she means but then again, she has not been herself lately. I think too much work.

My aunt is HOME!!!!

My aunt came home early this morning. Louie and I were so happy. Louie had been missing her so badly. He waits by the main door for her all the time. He was so happy to see her that he didn't know what to do. So he just ran around her barking and smiling. This is a new dress that my mummy bought me. Mummy also bought greenies for Louie and I and I also got a new bowl.

My aunt came back today as it's Grandma's birthday. Happy birthday, Grandmama.

Dearest Trixie,

Your brother came home from school trip to Suzhou today and today is his birthday. Your mummy and I went to have this cake made for him at a big shopping centre. It was baked as we ate ice cream. This is the purpose of my trip, to spend his birthday with him. I'll be home soon to celebrate Grandma's birthday.

It would really be a dream come true for me to have you both with me. We can take such lovely long walks within the condo estate. The weather is beautiful and the flowers are so lovely. I miss you more and more and even though I am having a wonderful time, it's not quite perfect because you're so far away from me. I'll be home soon.

We went to this very nice place called Tai Kang Jie where there are lanes and lanes of tiny restaurants and art galleries. We had Thai food today and it was delicious. I'm missing both of you so badly.

We went to the flower market today and my heart took flight. The flowers were so beautiful. I had a lovely time just looking at them. Grandpa will love this place when he comes this May.

People in Shanghai love dogs. When I take a walk with Benedict to wait for his school bus, I'll meet a couple of cute dogs. Some of them wear clothes as it's pretty cold. I think spring is not quite here yet.

I arrived in Shanghai early this morning and I took a lovely walk in the estate after breakfast. Flowers were blooming everywhere and they were so beautiful. I wish so much for the both of you to be with me. But I don't think you'll appreciate the plane journey and the one month quarantine period.
